Healthcare/Home Nursing Roadmap

Sometimes a child has a comorbidity that requires the assistance of a healthcare professional like a home nurse.

Providers:

Aveanna has been working in various capacities in both homes and schools for several years.  With the current state of the pandemic, we are adjusting our services to support facilities and individuals, while supporting their education needs. Through our Wellness Program, we can work with districts to keep faculty and students safe, once in-person learning begins again. In the meantime, we are providing an 1:1 Education Coach ( paraprofessional) to those students who are virtually learning.  This helps keep a child engaged and focused, while completing assignments, and not getting left behind.
